Our client, a German base company in Singapore are currently expanding and they are looking for motivation and business acumen Business Executive to join their admirable team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the MD you will be responsible to provide business support to sales, admin and customer service team.

Handle clients’ complaints and divert to the relevant personnel to resolve them in the fastest ways.

Responsible for all sales and trading contracts with external clients.

Bookkeeping, responsible for recording and maintaining a business financial transaction, such as purchases expenses, sales revenue, invoices and payments.

Prepare sales contract & invoice.

Update Inventory List
-
Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
-
Provide quotations to clients and follow up closely with the objective of securing the order.

Build a personalized relationship with all our clients.
-
Any other duties as assigned by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum a Diploma or Degree qualification
-
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Great interpersonal and communication skills
