A consultancy firm is looking for an assistant with Japanese language skills!
Estimated joining date: Feb-Mar 2025
Job Responsibilities
-Accounting (check employee expense reimbursement details, general admin tasks to handing over to accounting firm)
-Sales administration (assist in preparation of quotations, purchase orders, end of business reports, etc., administration, dispatch, payment management, etc.)
-General administration (purchase/management of equipment/refreshments/tea, handling of visitors, records/sending of documents/management of shared folders, etc.)
-Human resources (recruitment, etc.)
Job Requirements
-High level of Japanese equivalent to JLPT N1-N2 to communicate with Japan HQ and Japanese clients (essential).
Additional Details
Salary: Part-time: SGD18~20 per hour, Full-time: SGD3,500~4,500 (depending on experience)
AL: 20 days
MC: 14 days
Performance bonus: Yes
