Our client, a consulting MNC located at Central looking for Assistant HR Manager to join the dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- End to end talent acquisition (job posting, candidate selection, interview arrangement and conduction, provision of job offer, pre onboarding/off boarding)
- Responsible for HR operations including work pass administration, insurance enrollment, monthly HR reports
- Plan and manage employee performance review sessions
- Responsible for HR system administration (Just Login, Leave & Payroll modules)
- Responsible for payroll processing, income tax statutory and government related claims
- Work closely with universities for internship program
- Provide HR advice and support to Singapore and Philippines office
- Work closely with Corporate Manager in HR strategic planning and initiatives
- Review HR policy and conduct market salary research for compensation and benefits program
- Responsible for employee training plan, HR project development and implementation
- Work closely with the management and employees to improve staff engagement level
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess at least Degree in Human Resource Management
- At least 6-8 years of relevant HR work experience in MNC
- Excellent multi tasking and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work independently and takes initiative
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, COMPASS and HR practices
