They are looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager to support their Japan Desk.
Job Responsibilities
■Clients consultation tasks as well as hands-on operational tasks (e.g. execution of securities and forex transactions)
■Take over the responsibility for account openings and processing client orders and the daily correspondence with clients and other units of the firm.
■Provide efficient support to relationship managers in all organizational matters such as calendar management, travel organization, documentation handling, client meetings preparation, market transactions, payment orders, expense claim, entertainment arrangement, etc.
Job Requirements
CACS Paper 1 & 2
Must have strong English and Japanese capability in writing and speaking in order to liaise with Japanese stakeholders.
