OVERVIEW
Our client, a Japanese wealth management company, is looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager for their branch in Singapore.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales support
Prepare customized sales support material for each AE and clients (eg offer sheet, P/L calculation sheet)
Documentation support (eg prepare account opening form & related forms, SOW, incoming fund and remittance transactions)
Reports
Prepare reports for Tokyo, HK and related entities (monthly/weekly report, EMC materials, ad-hoc reports that may assign from time to time)
CRM system
Manage the CRM system/enhancement/troubleshoot
Transaction
Receive and place trade orders for clients
Process and prepare documentations for transfer of assets for clients
Secretarial and administrative
Provide secretarial and administrative support to WCS team.
Ad hoc
Support the team in ad-hoc tasks that may assign from time to time
Buddy support to cover team member’s absence
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree or relevant professional qualifications
4 years of working experience in secretarial and administrative support role, preferably in the private wealth / banking
CACS Paper 1&2
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint.
Organised, reliable, able to multi-task and work under pressure
Resourceful, meticulous, positive working attitude, result and service oriented
Team player with excellent people and communication skills
- Professional working proficiency in Japanese in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders.
