JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for performing all clerical work related to loan, money market, and securities transactions (including CD) and preparing various reports for submission to Head Office, as well as to Singapore and Japanese regulatory agencies. Reporting line is to the Back Office Manager.
- General: Back office general operations, settlement, input vouchers for loans, securities, money market transactions, swaps and forex. Prepare periodical reports for Head Office, as well as to Singapore and Japanese regulatory agencies. File deal tickets and confirmations, account statements, transaction documentation, etc.
- Operations: Operation of accounting system and settlement system (SWIFT). To check the daily bank statement and maintain adequate account balance. To monitor fund transfers (inward and outward remittance), customer’s accounts.
- Reporting: Assist the Bach Office Manager and Middle Office Manager by managing the accounting system, entering input sheets and printing out data sheets.
- Compliance Support: Assist the Compliance Manager with daily AML monitoring, KYC filings, processing audit requests and revising operational policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the General Manager and Senior Deputy General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess Bachelor Degree.
PC skills (Microsoft Office).
Good communication skill, strong learning ability and multi-tasking skill.
