Our client, a global healthcare provider delivering quality medical service to patients in the practice of general medicine or specialized medicine and surgery is now looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of Clinic Assistant - Japanese Speaking
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible with followings,
● Check medical reports for accuracy
● Communicate with patients regarding their medications, when necessary
● Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team
Report Line: Head of Nursing
JOB REQUIREMENTS
● Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1 is suitable) in speaking, listening and writing, is an essential in order to have an effective communication with Japanese Native patients
● Conversational English skills to communicate with internal stakeholders
● Able to work on Sat. with 2 Sat-offs from Jan-Nov; 1 Sat-off in Dec
OTHER INFORMATIONS
Working days: Monday - Saturday
* Two days off on Saturday by rotation from Jan - Nov, Dec will be once in the month
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 0830 - 1730
Sat: 0830 - 1230 or 0900 - 1300
Salary Range: Up to 4,000SGD + Allowance after finishing probation period
AL: 18 days will be provided for 1st year
