Our client is a Singapore-based Japanese hedge fund that is seeking to enhance its team with an Execution Trader (New Headcount). The investment team primarily engages in Japanese equity-related instruments, including equities, futures, and options.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This person will be required to input orders, monitor the trade process and managing our risk exposure. They will be working closely with the Investment team to save the execution cost and generate return while complying with risk and regulatory frameworks.
Execute buy and sell trades for mainly Japanese equities and its derivatives.
Ensure that trades conform to prevailing market regulations.
Perform daily market research to execute orders efficiently.
Perform execution cost analysis for portfolio managers.
Experience in Japanese equity sales or trading
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English for performing tasks and communicating Japanese speaking stakeholders.
