About the Facilities Manager Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire building construction project, collaborating with contractors and stakeholders.
- Set the strategy for top-notch facilities and continuous improvement, ensuring zero downtime.
- Lead a team of skilled engineers to achieve department goals and develop their expertise.
- Oversee critical systems like clean rooms, HVAC, water treatment, and chemical delivery.
- Manage budgets and costs, ensuring alignment with the production ramp-up plan.
- Implement energy-saving strategies to reduce operational costs.
- Train and motivate staff to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
- Optimize factory layout and space usage for enhanced workflow and safety.
- Implement a robust quality control system for optimal facility performance.
- Foster a culture of safety and security, adhering to strict regulations.
- Develop emergency preparedness plans and conduct drills for effective response.

Key Requirements:
- An engineering degree or diploma (experience in semiconductor or LCD fabs a plus).
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in facilities management.

- Commitment to safety and strict adherence to regulations.
