Our client is a company in the Investment industry and they are looking for an HR & Admin Assistant Manager to handle all HR & Admin matters as an individual contributor
Role:
Responsible for day-to-day HR & administrative work duties
Drafting of HR policies and updating of employee handbooks, implementing and reviewing of policies
Manage Performance Appraisal exercise and support decision making on annual bonus
Participate in compensation & benefits exercise including salary proposals
Manage employee and Company insurance
- Handle full cycle of payroll including statutory submissions, claims, and yearly income tax submissions
- Handle Expat payroll and income tax
- Filling of IR21 and IR8A
End-to-end recruitment
Coordinate HR events and staff welfare activities
Maintain P-files
Manage office administrative matters such as upkeep of office maintenance
Others duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel & Powerpoint.
At least 7-10 years’ operational experience as HR Generalist
Ability to multi-task, priortise and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently
