About the Position:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled ITSM Project Manager to join our client. This role will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering IT projects, ensuring they are completed successfully and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor ITSM projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, on time and within budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement IT service strategies and improve service quality
- Collaborate with technical team members to review project solutions and propose them to customers
- Ensure adherence to the project charter and constraints while initiating the project and facilitate the project kick-off meeting
- Lead the project team to achieve project objectives, including on time delivery, staying within budget, and meeting defined scope with the highest quality
- Identify and monitor project risks and take necessary measures to mitigate them effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an ITSM Project Manager, successfully delivering complex IT projects
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to create project delivery plans
- Excellent knowledge and experience in OS (Windows and Linux), middleware software configuration design and installation
- Expert in ITSM standards, processes, guidelines and provide the best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
