Our client, one of the leading innovative business solutions MNC is currently looking for highly motivated Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Review with Sales Executive on sales issues and solutions.
- Provide guidance, support and solution to problems encountered.
- Monitor Sales Executive's progress and activities
- Provide product and sales training
- Gather market information from Sales Executives' feedback
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth coordination of customer service
- Visit customer to gather demonstration progress/feedback
- Review individual Sales Executive's performance, motivate the team to achieve the sales target.
- Conduct weekly team meeting to develop plan and strategy to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing with 5 years of sales related experience
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team
- Pro-active, resourceful and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Self motivated and result oriented
