About the Operations Support Manager Role: 
Direct an administration department, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies for a designated business division. This includes managing outlet facilities maintenance and collaborating with a separate department (such as Asset & Property) on shop renovation matters. Analyze daily business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose new methodologies to enhance efficiency, support, and controls. The objective is to drive continuous business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead the administration and partial accounting functions for the Business Division, guaranteeing adherence to company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Direct your team in overseeing maintenance of Direct Shop facilities and equipment, ensuring functionality for smooth business operations.
  • Spearhead shop construction and renovation projects, ensuring completion within timelines and managing project costs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Department to review, plan, and manage controllable expenses across all direct shops, maximizing business profitability.
  • Identify administrative gaps, develop proposals to close those gaps, and implement proper controls.
  • Participate in or lead special projects entrusted by management, including IT projects and new shop concepts, to support business growth.
  • Coach and guide your team to ensure proficiency in assigned tasks, fostering efficient support for the Division.
  • Source, coordinate, and manage external vendors and contractors, ensuring they meet established work standards.

Key Requirements: 

 

  • 5 years of experience in administration, preferably within the F&B industry.
  • Diploma or above in facilities management or relevant discipline 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and quick decision-making.
  • Competent in multi-tasking.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Competent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient understanding of Food & Beverage Management principles.
  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel to construction sites.
