Headquartered in Singapore, our client is in engineering industry with global presence. The team is currently looking for a Regional Finance Manager to join them. This role will report to Finance Director.
Responsibilities
Oversees full spectrum of accounting, taxation, treasury matters for the Group.
Develop and oversee regional financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial performance against budget and make recommendations for improvements.
Contribute to the development of regional financial strategies aligned with overall company goals. Identify financial risks and opportunities, and advise on strategic decisions.
Monitor and control regional expenditures. Implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure efficient use of financial resources.
Act as a business partner to subsidiary business leaders and provide support from point of view beyond accounting area.
Develop and implement optimized tax strategies. Manage corporate tax, GST, transfer pricing documentation, GST and withholding tax.
Manage special projects
Provide guidance and leadership to team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline. Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
Minimum 10-15 years working experiences in finance and accounting.
Regional exposure in MNC is a must
Experience in treasury management preferred
Experience in Microsoft 365 preferred
Experience in engineering / machinery / manufacturing industry preferred
Experience in people management is a must
