SALES EXECUTIVE

 

A new headcount for Sales Executive has just been created within our client in the chemical manufacturing industry here in Singapore. This is due to the business expansion and also succession planning that they have in crafted for the sales department. You will be reporting to Senior Sales Manager. 

 

About the Sales Executive Role:

 

In this role, your main responsibility is to drive sales growth for specific product category within both existing and new clients. You will be working closely with both technical and support team to provide consultative selling, understanding client’s requirement and proposing the most effective solution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and target potential clients, building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Provide post-sales support and handle customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecast reports using CRM tools
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

 

To be successful in this role, you need to be a high calibre sales professional within the chemical (printing ink) industry. 

 

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or  Degree in Chemical, Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in printing ink, chemical ink, textile ink or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
