SALES ORDER PLANNING EXECUTIVE
An exciting Sales Order Executive with an established vehicular company. This is a newly created role as part of business needs here in their regional office in Singapore and it is an individual contributor role.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting sales team and provide important link between salesperson and customer
- Compile and manage sales related raw data for reporting purposes
- Ensure Customer Management (CM) / Sales Force System is promptly implemented &
- updated within the respective stakeholders.
- Controlling stock inventory and chassis (FIFO) allocation
- Preparing daily/monthly reports to management
- Reporting function; Prepare (e.g.: BCS A1, provision for impairment) and check reports (SAP
- posting for Sales, COS, Inventory) pertaining to Truck Sales Dept.
- Forecast and provide truck sales and order intakes for monthly estimates to HQ logistics (e.g.
- DSPT and preparation of forecast (e.g.: rolling forecast, inventory time phase).
- Maintain and record truck orders (e.g. order book) and counter check that the orders are
- signed within the authorised levels.
- Inventory control (e.g.: Stock list) and regularly update the salesman on inventory availability
- and order status.
Key requirements:
- Minimum a GCE “O” level with 1 to 3 years of working experience
Preferred experience and knowledge
- Preferably working experience in the automotive trade industry
Necessary technical/functional/language skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and service oriented
- Ability to work independently and a good team player with hands-on attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft office
