A well-established company in the retail field is currently seeking a Senior HR Executive to join its team. You will be a key part of helping the organization to handle HR related matters.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute HR plans and actions in line with the broader company objectives
- Lead the full cycle hiring process
- Sustain and enhance workforce effectiveness, engagement, and retention to meet current and future business goals
- Design and supervise HR strategies, methods, and protocols throughout the organization
- Supervise a performance assessment framework that encourages excellence
- Manage employee welfare, compensation and benefits.
- Evaluate training needs and oversee training initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in human resources, business or relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in handling full spectrum of HR functions with a focus on strategy planning.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage different level of parties
