JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Business Development:
Identify client needs and develop tailored communication strategies to drive new business opportunities.
Participate in pitch development, presenting a clear understanding of client objectives and challenges.
Collaborate with senior leadership to find growth areas, new markets, and partnership opportunities in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.

Client Leadership & Strategy:

Act as the strategic lead for key clients, overseeing communications projects and aligning strategies with client goals and industry trends.
Build strong client relationships and ensure content and programs meet high scientific and strategic standards.

Market Insight & Innovation:
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive activity to anticipate client needs and drive innovation in medical communication strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, preferably within a medical communications or healthcare agency.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that achieve measurable business outcomes.
Strong experience in business development and project management

Lead or co-lead projects in a PM or co-PM capacity, ensuring successful delivery through effective strategic management.

Adaptable to change, with expertise in SDLC, waterfall, and agile methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into impactful communication strategies.
