JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Relations
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Social Media Management
- Provide support and maintenance for the company’s social media accounts.
- Develop strategic insights and recommendations for online and digital marketing initiatives.
- Communication Coordination
- Facilitate seamless communication across all business channels to enhance collaboration.
- Reporting
- Prepare and distribute regularly scheduled reports (daily, bi-weekly, monthly) to track performance and progress.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with ordering and distribution of materials to streamline processes.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain and organize all office administrative records for efficiency.
- Event Coordination
- Assist in the preparation and execution of company events, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
Ad Hoc Task
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1- 2 years of relevant experience working in relevant field
- Business level of Japanese language (To liaise with Japanese clients)
- Business level of Mandarin (To liaise with Chinese clients)
Have interested in social media contents
