Reporting to the Insurance Operations Senior Manager, we are seeking a candidate to oversee both captive and non-captive insurance policies within the Singapore region, ensuring comprehensive coverage for the organization. The role involves identifying and arranging suitable insurance solutions to meet business requirements while adhering to local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure both captive and non-captive insurance programs efficiently.
- Supervise obtaining new policies and renewals, assessing and suggesting brokers, insurers, and service providers.
- Make sure insurance policies have appropriate terms, coverage, and exclusions, support business units with contract details, indemnities, liabilities, and coverage.
- Lead the complete insurance claims process, from start to final settlement.
- Work closely with brokers, loss adjusters, captive managers, and external parties, while also verifying claims and payments.
To succeed in this role, you must have relevant insurance operations, compliance and claims experience.
Key Requirements:
- Holds a Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, Business, or a related field.
- Ideally possesses a minimum of 3 years of pertinent insurance experience.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills.
- Prior experience in leading or supervising a small team is preferred.
- Displays proactive and resourceful teamwork abilities.
