Job Responsibilities
Administration-related tasks
- Confirming and updating legal regulations related to office operations
- Handling inquiries to administrative agencies and law firms as needed
- Responding to inquiries from the Japan headquarters, coordinating as necessary
- Handling various confirmation matters arising in office operations
2. Building Management tasks
- Managing maintenance contractors
- Tenant contract-related tasks
- Applications to relevant government agencies, etc.
3. Other ad-hoc tasks
- Audit-related tasks
- Arranging business trips
- Preparing for company events (Annual dinner, employee trips, etc.)
- Other related tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Business-level or above proficiency in English and Japanese (necessary for communication both internally and externally)
Ability to handle a flexible and broad range of responsibilities
Strong communication skills and the ability to progress tasks in collaboration with others
