Business Planning Manager at Japanese company in Singapore
Position Title: Business Planning Manager
Job Description:
- Handling financial reporting and closing tasks
- Preparing financial statements in coordination with the Japan headquarters and local accounting firms
- Communicating with Japan headquarters on local business issues
- Improving accounting processes
- Managing cash flow and verifying forecasts
- Ensuring budgets and mid-term plans align with financial requirements
- Leading and developing team members
- Supporting new business initiatives and M&A accounting
- Any other ad hoc jobs
Requirements:
Essential Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in accounting/finance
- Ability to prepare financial statements (in cooperation with accounting firms and the Japan headquarters is acceptable)
- Experience in financial analysis
- Experience in reporting tasks
- Business-level English skills (necessary for communication within and outside the company)
- Business-level Japanese skills (necessary for communication within and outside the company)
