Position Title: Business Planning Manager
Job Description:
Handling financial reporting and closing tasks
Preparing financial statements in coordination with the Japan headquarters and local accounting firms
Communicating with Japan headquarters on local business issues
Improving accounting processes
Managing cash flow and verifying forecasts
Ensuring budgets and mid-term plans align with financial requirements
Leading and developing team members
Supporting new business initiatives and M&A accounting
Any other ad hoc jobs
Requirements:
Essential Requirements
More than 3 years of experience in accounting/finance
Ability to prepare financial statements (in cooperation with accounting firms and the Japan headquarters is acceptable)
Experience in financial analysis
Experience in reporting tasks
Business-level English skills (necessary for communication within and outside the company)
Business-level Japanese skills (necessary for communication within and outside the company)
