A popular Japanese restaurant is expanding into the Shanghai area of China and is seeking a General Manager to assist with the establishment of a new corporate entity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
General management tasks associated with the office setup
Management of multiple locations
Development of strategic plans
P&L management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in establishing offices in mainland China
Experience managing multiple locations is preferred
Previous work experience or residence in Shanghai
Business-level proficiency in Chinese and Japanese (necessary for interactions with local clients, customers, and employees)
