Our client, a moving service company, is looking for a Customer Service Executive.
Office Location: West area of Singapore.
Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of our moving service.
Provide coordination and communication between customers and packers.
Perform pre-moving surveys at residences and provide quotations.
Liaise with office coordinator for shipment after pickup of cargo.
Initiate tally sheets for daily jobs in our system.
Handle any ad hoc duties related to customer service and the sale of our services.
On-site witnessing for the move.
Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
Strong hospitality spirit and ability to take responsibility for tasks.
Native-level proficiency in Japanese for client communication.
Effective communication skills in both Japanese and English to interact with customers.
Salary: Around SGD4,000/month, depending on experience.
Employment Type: Singapore-based employment.
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm (Mon-Fri, following Singapore calendar for holidays).
Bonus: Fixed bonus of one month's basic salary per year + performance-based variable bonus.
Paid Leave: 14 days in the first year, increasing by 2 days each subsequent year (up to 21 days annually).
Medical Subsidy: Full coverage at partner clinics, up to SGD1,000/year for specialists, and up to SGD150/year for dental clinics.
Interview: 1 round (possibly 2 round).
