Located at the central of Singapore, our client is a engineering MNC firm with global presence in more than 15 countries. Currently, the team is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating closely with department heads and senior management to develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Create business plan, financial targets, budget for projects
- Coordinate the preparation of detailed budgets and forecasts for projects and manpower allocation
- Conduct detailed variance analysis of actual results against budget and forecasts, identifying key drivers of financial performance.
- Prepare insightful commentary and presentations summarizing financial performance for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and reporting, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in FP&A activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration
- At least 8-10 years of experience in relevant position
- Experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- CPA, CFA, or relevant professional certification preferred.
