【Requirement】
- Management experience in HR/general affairs departments
- Management experience in the Southeast Asia region
- Experience in improving and designing HR evaluation and salary systems
- Strong leadership skills and self-motivation
- Business-level proficiency in English (necessary for communication both internally and externally)
- Proficiency in Japanese at a business level (preferred, as the reporting line involves a Japanese CFO)
