COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is famous Japanese construction company. As a member of the IT department within the international division, the DX Leader will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives across global operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct interviews with various departments and construction sites to understand business challenges.
- Propose and implement solutions utilizing Digital Transformation (DX) technologies.
- Oversee security measures, IT education, and helpdesk operations across all global offices, excluding Japan.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure smooth implementation and management of DX initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure development and management, including networks and servers.
- Experience in formulating and implementing security policies at global locations is a plus.
- Business proficiency in both Japanese and English to work closely with global teams and provide support to multiple locations.
