[Job Description]

• Handling Customer Inquiries

• Building Trust with Customers:

• Preparing and Proposing IT Support Contracts

• Supplier Coordination

• Invoice Management

• Payment Follow-up

• IT Maintenance and Spot Tasks

• Customer Meetings

   

[Requirements]

• English: Business level proficiency is required (primarily for communication with customers, including Singaporean contacts, and internal colleagues).

• Japanese: Business level proficiency is preferred (for communication with Japanese customers).

• High proficiency in administrative tasks is preferred.

• Preferably able to work long-term (3 years or more).

   

[Additional Information]

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

• Salary: Negotiable (expected to be around SGD 3500)

• AWS: Provided

• Bonus: Based on company performance and individual performance.

• Annual Leave: 14 days/year (+1 day for birthday leave)

• Sick Leave: 14 days/year
