Key responsibilities:
Handle customers' inquiries and complaints.
Coordinate with operations team for container release.
Follow up with the customers on prompt payment.
Visit customers regularly and maintain a good relationship with them.
Develop new customers and business opportunities.
Prepare marketing reports on a weekly basis.
Check on outstanding bookings and liaise with customers for their pick-up plan on a weekly basis.
Other responsibilities and projects which may arise.
1-5 years of experience as sales/marketing in the shipping industry
Bachelors or Associates degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
Knowledge of accounting and credit/collections process preferred
Good administrative skills and knowledge of Outlook / Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to completion.
Ability to communicate in English in both verbal and written.
