Our client, a leading MNC is now looking for a positive, outgoing individual to fill the position of a Regional Technical Advisor who will be able to handle both technical repairs of endoscopy systems, while handling the technical support for the regional subsidiaries and distributors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnosing and resolving technical problems with diagnostic tools and manuals.
- Providing clear instructions and explanations to customers
- Escalating unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support staff or specialists.
- Documenting customer feedback and complaints
- Updating and maintaining technical knowledge and skills and following quality standards and procedures.
- Achieving set target for the numbers of repairs to be completed each month.
- Responsible for ensuring quality of repairs are according to specifications.
- Formulate Service improvement with Technical Supervisor.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in the same or similar industry.
- Strong team player
- Detailed-oriented
- Fast learner
- Know Microsoft Words/Excel/PowerPoint, IT knowledge (Hardware/Software) is a plus
- Able to do basic skill in repairing equipment (Disassembling), soldering works, able to achieve sales target.
