JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit assigned retail locations regularly to promote and sell products, ensuring product knowledge is shared effectively with store staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, retailers, and distributors to foster brand loyalty and increase sales.
Ensure that retailers have adequate stock of products, assisting with stock replenishment and addressing any supply chain issues.
Provide training to retail staff on product features, benefits, and usage to ensure they can confidently recommend products to customers.
Ensure products are displayed effectively, according to company guidelines, and maintain an attractive, organized product presentation.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and stock levels, and report progress regularly to the Sales Manager.
Collect customer feedback and insights from the field, and relay them back to the marketing and product development teams to help improve offerings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proven sales experience, especially in route sales, field sales, or account management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
A self-starter who’s motivated to achieve sales targets and provide top-tier customer service.
Organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively to maximize your route.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your assigned area.
