About the Sales Manager (Cooling Solution) Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a rock-solid sales strategy to smash short and long-term goals. Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment.
- Identify and close deals that meet client needs and drive business growth. Be a problem-solver, crafting win-win solutions that deliver value and success.
- Uncover new sales opportunities, upsell existing clients, and keep your pipeline overflowing.

- Manage the Full Cycle: Provide expert support throughout the entire sales journey – prospecting, development, closing, and post-sales care.
- Team up with marketing and business development to identify new market segments and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Lead and mentor your team, elevating their sales skills, knowledge, and collaboration.
- Build strong connections with business partners and stakeholders to uncover new leads and opportunities.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge to engage with clients across industries. Co-create solutions that address engineering concerns. Contribute strategic thinking to support company growth.

Key Requirements:
