As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking a Spare Parts Executive to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management (30%): Handle customer inquiries, manage customer orders, prepare Proforma Invoices, picking lists, and POs for non-stock items. Monitor backorders, work with the Japan factory to shorten lead-time, and ensure customers are updated on expected delivery dates.
  • Shipment Management (30%): Work closely with warehouse staff, prepare shipping documentation, arrange air/sea freight, verify freight charges, and obtain quotations and shipment schedules.
  • Invoicing (20%): Calculate freight charges, prepare E-Invoices, and charge incidental charges accordingly to country requirements.
  • Letter of Credit (5%): Coordinate and negotiate with dealers for LC issuance, prepare certificates, and negotiate shipment.
  • Others (15%): Prepare monthly reports, conform to company environmental practices, and perform ad-hoc tasks as requested.
  • Education: N/O Level and above.
  • Experience: 2-3 years' related working experience.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP (MM and WM module), MS Excel and Word.
  • Soft Skills: Self-directed, independent worker with excellent customer service and communication skills.
