RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the client registration process
- Billing and Vessel Operating Cost review
- Account closing of shipping business.
- Assist with General Ledger and Bank reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial statements report.
- Responsible for the shipping business accounts
- Manage and keep track of Accounts Payable and receivable
- Proficiency in managing funds transactions and accounting procedures is required.
- Responsible for shipping spending calculations.
- Handle administration tasks whenever necessary (Ad Hoc Duties)
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce/ Maritime Studies or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the shipping industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and ERP(SAP) system
- Familiarity with basic shipping process is a plus
