Our client in the education industry is expanding and currently looking to hire a suitable candidate to join them in the below position
Job Description
Basic accounting duties eg issuing invoices, making payments using MYOB
Liaising with HQ and internal teams for accounting related duties
Maintaining memberships and preparing related forms for data entry
Requirements
Min 2 years of working experience in accounting, administrative or sales support
Must be meticulous and comfortable with numbers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with MS Office & MYOB
Proactive, good team work
Willing to work long term
Proficient in spoken/written Japanese is required due to frequent liaising with Japan HQ and handling of Japanese documents
