Responsibilities:
Assist in leading the applications team in providing technical support, pre-sales, and marketing activities for all brands within the Lifescience and Clinical Research portfolio.
Take responsibility for all pre-sales and post-sales application support and conduct on-site training for customers.
Utilize strong structured problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all business requirements are met, manage client requests, and provide effective solutions.
Stay current with product knowledge and clinical trends, and support internal training sessions to ensure high levels of product understanding among all relevant parties.
Convey customer feedback to internal teams regarding product performance, implementation, and development areas, and identify training and documentation gaps.
As a customer-focused individual, build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and various stakeholders.
Travel percentage:10%
Pre-requisites:
Bachelor’s degree in laboratory medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or any other equivalent qualification
Candidates should have a minimum 3-5 years of relevant applications/ lab experience, with minimum 1 years of team lead experience
Preferably strong technical background in Microbiology industry
Experience in an applied science area (e.g. Clinical Research) is an added advantage
Highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Customer focused/Strong networking skills
