Recruitment for an Interpreter Position at a Major Japanese Corporation
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities will involve providing secretarial and interpreting services for several directors. Support for general administrative tasks is also expected.
Interpreter and secretarial services for top management
Document translation
Interpretation at board meetings and meetings at various branch offices
Other administrative tasks as required
Note: Overseas business trips are required (a few times a year, mainly to Singapore and the Asia Oceania region)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years of experience in interpreting
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (necessary for internal and external communication)
Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Flexible and able to handle a wide range of tasks
Additional Details
Salary: Around 4,000 SGD per month (depending on experience)
AWS (Annual Wage Supplement): Available
Performance Bonus: Based on company and individual performance (approximately 1-2 months' salary)
AL: 15 days to start (up to a maximum of 20 days)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Flexible hours available
WFH: 3 days per week in the office, subject to changes based on executives' schedules
