About the Façade Engineer Role:
As a Façade Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of innovative façade solutions for various projects. Your responsibilities will encompass conceptualization, design, technical presentation, and project management, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality façade systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative and functional façade designs, incorporating structural calculations and adhering to design standards
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients, architects, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
Oversee construction activities, conduct site inspections, and provide training to construction personnel
Prepare technical submissions, proposals, and documentation for projects

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
3-5 years of experience in façade design, engineering, construction, and project management
Proficiency in CAD software (Revit, Rhino, Sketchup) for design and technical problem-solving
Strong understanding of façade materials, construction trends, international design standards, and building regulations
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and network effectively. Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Willingness to travel for project-related activities
