My client, is an established firm who seeking a HR executive to join its team. You will be a key part of helping the organization in handling the HR matters.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing payroll.
HR administration: Employee onboarding/offboarding, prepare HR-related documents (e.g. employment letter).
Maintaining employee records and update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Manage HRMS, employee handbook and HR policies.
Provide orientations for new employees,
Office Administration (e.g. stationary purchase)
Requirements:
Diploma in HR/ Business/ Relevant qualifications.
Minimum a year of experience in handling relevant job scope.
Candidate who has experience in payroll preparation will be a plus point.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
