OVERVIEW
A Japanese private equity fund is looking for an analyst for the investment execution and the investor relation.
Our team manages several funds. Due to the growing size of the asset as well as the increasing number of investors, our team wants to hire an analyst who can support our team members in extensive tasks from the general and administrative matters to the investment execution and investor relation.
Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and due diligence of potential investments
• Prepare investment memos and other necessary documents including financial
modelling and review transaction agreements
• Manage logistics and provide necessary assistance to execute deals and projects
• Monitor performances and conduct KPI reviews of existing portfolio companies
• Prepare and send periodic reports and notices to investors and provide necessary
support to investors
• Support our accounting and compliance team in interpreting Japanese documents
• Attend meetings and prepare notes in English or Japanese
• Manage ad hoc matters and projects
Requirements
• Capability to conduct business verbally and in writing in Japanese and English in order to liaise with japanese speaking stakeholders
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experiences in finance or management consulting,
preferably in asset management, investment banking or financial advisory
• Excellent Excel and Power point skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
• Willingness to work with a small team with entrepreneurship mind set
