The Company:
An established global law firm with a wide international presence, this role is for their Singapore office. The firm offers a range of legal services across sectors such as corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, intellectual property, and tax law.
They are looking for a junior analyst, IT support to join their IT team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on IT support including software/hardware installation, mobile device management, file backups, and application configuration.
- Resolve issues, escalating to specialized IT resources when needed, and ensuring resolution is achieved.
- Provide Tier 2 support for video and audio conferencing services.
- Lead on-site IT improvements and ensure adherence to information security protocols.
- Conduct testing and follow-up to ensure problems are fully resolved.
- Prioritize, track, and document customer support requests via phone and email, maintaining strong customer rapport.
- Perform preventative maintenance and support live meetings/events as the AV lead.
- Backup IT support technician and trainer as needed.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in IT; Microsoft MCP or relevant certifications preferred.
- Strong hardware/software knowledge, especially with Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Proven success working within a Service Desk framework and SLA environment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
