JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to effectively manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance with processes and drive operations to meet and exceed customer expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Take responsibility for the financial performance (P&L) of the relevant programs under your scope.
Identify operational requirements and oversee the implementation of new strategies, technologies, and initiatives to enhance overall performance.
Foster continuous engagement with customers regarding commercial aspects, operational scope, and contract renewals.
Enforce rigorous security and workplace safety measures and controls within the warehouse.
Monitor department budget control and resource allocation to optimize resource utilization.
Continuously seek improvement opportunities along the value chain to streamline processes and surpass service standards and targets.
Establish and foster a positive team culture that encourages the sharing of best practices and empowers staff to voice their opinions.
Plan and deliver on-the-job training to enhance the work performance and productivity of individual staff members.
Ensure accurate stock inventory management and maintain up-to-date records.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage and office areas.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma Holder or Degree holder
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in managerial position.
Qualification in warehouse operations and operations excellence will be added advantage.
Possess experience working in FMCG or Food industry is extra advantage.
