Our client is a multinational company in manufacturing industry. As part of the business expansion, the team is looking for a Manager, Accounting & Budgeting to join their office. This person plays crucial role in supporting business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely submission of detailed financial reports
Manage monthly expenses and marginal profit report
Provide timely update on business performance against business targets
Establish mid and long-term business strategy based on financial data
Prepare kick off presentation slide
Lead and monitor the finance team
Utilize data analytic and perform thorough market analysis, customer behavior to identify opportunities and cost
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or professional accounting qualification.
At least 8-10 years working experience in management accounting / budgeting role.
Experience in Manufacturing industry highly preferred
Proficient in the use of accounting system, Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
