One of our Japanese clients, who's specialized with Real estate investment is looking for Sales & Marketing Executive as a member of our overseas real estate team buys and sells entire houses, buildings and hotels,
including a full range of intermediary and support services from customer acquisition to contract signing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1．New and dormant clients (Source: NS Referral / Newspaper ads / LinkedIn / Cold-call etc)
2．Referrals of property
3．Maintain technical and administrative records and documents related to comps/proposals/study group materials

4．Overseas business trip (Japan or APAC) * Japan about twice a year, with a travel allowance of USD 50 per night.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
● Japanese: Business level or above (Will need to participate in meetings with the head office in Japan regularly)
● English: Intermediate level or above (Will need to communicate with internal local personnel and customers who cannot speak Japanese)
● Highly motivated to achieve targets
● Working experience for a Japanese company
● Those who are willing to work for as long as possible in same company
● Experience in handling high value products worth several hundred million yen
● Experience in the airline or hospitality industry would be an advantage
OTHER INFORMATIONS
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Salary Range: 4,000 - 5,000SGD + VB
Annual Leave: 7 days annual leave (2nd year onwards will be 14 days)
Interviews: 3 rounds (PICs from Japan HQ will be attending 2nd and Final interview and uses Japanese)
