My client, an established firm is seeking a Senior HR executive to join its team. You will be a key part of helping the organization in handling the HR matters.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for full spectrum of HR.
In charge of recruitment process.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
HR administration: Employee onboarding/offboarding, prepare HR-related documents (e.g. employment letter), work pass application.
Manage HRMS, employee handbook and HR policies.
Manage performance appraisal system and C&B for the organization.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience as HR generalist.
Strong proficiency in HR data analytics.
Proven track record in improving HR systems and processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
