SERVICE SALES EXECUTIVE
An exciting Service Sales Executive with an established vehicular company. This is a newly created role as part of business needs here in their regional office in Singapore and it is an individual contributor role.
Key responsibilities:
- To provide highest customer care, responsiveness and satisfaction when managing assigned
- claims
- To communicate with internal and external parties including motor insurers, vehicle
- policyholders, repair workshops
- To support and implement sales strategies to develop new and existing Aftermarket sales to
- be in line with the organisation sales target
- Responsible for Motor accident claims, assessment and overall processing
- Explain and ensure customers understand the accident claim process, definition of Own
- Damage/ Third Party claims
- Represent customers to prepare and submit estimation in repair cost
- Arrange surveyors to inspect damaged vehicle, finalized repair cost with surveyor and send
- LOA to insurers
- Coordinate and administer paperwork and invoicing of the repairs to customers and insurers
- Responsible for Service Agreement Sales according to the KPI set
- Further improve and expand the service agreement sales to all customer segments
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong working knowledge within automotive Sales.
Key requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Technical/Computer systems or similar.
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
- 2-3 years of relevant aftersales experiences within automotive industry.
- Share common values with Code of Conduct, high ethical standards.
- Strong human competences in taking initiatives, influencing, interacting, cost/benefit
- consciousness, fair judgement, people orientation, strong sense of confidentiality
- Ability to manage and drive a wide range of diverse issues.
