JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate to explore customer project requirements and provide reasonable solutions to help customers secure projects.
Train customers on product technical knowledge to help them quickly become familiar with product solutions.
Write product technical documentation to help customers quickly become familiar with product configurations.
Quickly resolve customers' daily product technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction with the service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or other related fields of science and engineering.
Work experience in testing or technical support is preferred.
Good communication, expression, analytical summarization abilities, and team spirit are required.
Professional Requirements: No specific major required, but communications and computer-related majors are preferred; proficiency in Chinese is necessary as communication with Chinese stakeholders is required.
Working Location: Singapore
