About the Warehouse Manager Role:
The Warehouse Manager will lead the warehouse department, ensuring alignment with management policies, achieving sales and profit targets, and maintaining safety and quality standards. They will also manage manpower resources, address customer queries, and support junior managers with a hands-on approach
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the entire warehouse department, aligning with management policies.
Implement measures across sites to achieve organizational goals.
Develop and integrate warehouse strategy plans based on managerial input.
Collaborate with other sections to achieve common departmental targets.
Maintain discipline to improve employee retention and create a comfortable working environment.
Ensure adequate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to prevent disruptions in warehouse and CSR operations.
Commit to achieving warehouse sales and profit targets.
Plan and implement cost-saving solutions and continuous improvements to enhance operational productivity.
Maximize warehouse storage and grow income to improve profitability.
Oversee the safety and quality of all warehouse operations.
Plan improvements to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Enhance warehouse efficiency through technology and innovation.
Analyze root causes of operational failures to improve safety and quality performance.
Plan and manage manpower resources effectively.
Evaluate staff performance and carry out necessary management and supervision duties.
Plan and conduct training programs to enhance staff performance and maximize organizational efficiency.
Address customer queries on a daily basis.
Supervise operation managers to ensure customer requirements are met.
Provide solutions to satisfy customer demands.
Attend KPI meetings with clients.
Support junior managers in operations with a hands-on approach.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
Minimum of 10 years of working experience in warehouse operations and logistics, ideally within biotech or pharmaceutical.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in using technology to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
