JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for the commercialization of products such as speakers, gaming peripherals for work, and mouse mats. You'll ensure that product marketing materials and go-to-market (GTM) strategies are ready for our sales and marketing teams to execute. Collaborating closely with the marketing communications team, you'll generate awareness and ensure strong adoption of our products in the region, expanding market share and ensuring successful product launches.
- Lead the Product Marketing team in developing and executing product marketing strategies, including crafting value propositions for customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist, supporting global marketing pipeline targets and revenue growth to increase market share.
- Manage full P&L responsibilities, including marketing budgeting and ROI.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy and launch execution for our product portfolio, emphasizing features and benefits that drive impact.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to plan and develop integrated global marketing programs that drive awareness, PR, demand generation, sales acceleration, and localization.
- Shape the market with innovative offerings, delivering competitive advantages, upholding the brand promise, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Understand and advocate for the needs and motivations of our customers, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve our audience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing or Business with at least 8-10 years of progressive experience in product marketing, preferably within the consumer electronics space.
- Strong business acumen, sales-focused, responsive, creative, strategic, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to translate data and insights into strategy and action plans.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong budget management and reporting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, along with strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate conceptually and tactically, including strategy, planning, data insights, and execution details.
- Expert knowledge of hardware and software game industry trends.
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage, collaborate, leverage, and thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
